Description: Premier downtown loft
condominiums. Seventeen story condominium tower with lower levels
of retail, offices and parking garages.
Special features: Post-tensioning
system; building width increases from 32 feet at ground level
to 53 feet at the top.

Site located on state highway (in downtown
Boise) with 40,000 cars per day traffic count. This resulted
in an inability to get permits to close the street for deliveries.

Pump trucks delivered concrete from 11 p.m.
to 5 a.m. |

Pours required working at night, split crews,
no full-time night crew; |

Due to a lack of storage space for materials,
materials had to be brought to the site on demand. |

Dealt with additional government regulations
due to project location within multiple governmental jurisdictions. |

Due to cold winter temperatures used 1.3 million
BTU heaters to cure concrete during winter months. |
