Two-year project in remote location required
hiring employees from out of the area and providing housing
for all employees and their families. |

Extensive pre-planning was done throughout
the project - due to remote location a two-week lead time
was required for delivery of materials. |

• |
Extremely cold weather. Pours were made in
temperatures as cold as 20 degrees below zero Fahrenheit.
1.5 million-BTU heaters and weather covering were used to
maintain adequate temperatures for concrete to cure and to
protect concrete pours from snow. |
